There is a lot of vibration coming from the back end of my car - it feels like something is about to fall off.It is particularly bad going around certain corners - but my car is front wheel drive so its not the cv joints.The tyres seem fine - good pressure and mo signs of distress.

underneath the car - nothing seems or feels loose.

Just before it happened a mechanic removed my fuel tank as he thought the fuel pump was faulty - which is was not the problem it was an electrical problem.

could this have anything to do with the vibration?any other ideas?
the mechanic l saw - was a tosser - he overcharged me to the max and did a dodgy job.An autoelectrican told me this the next day when l took the car to see him.

having a few trust issues with mechanics - l just need some ideas as to what it could be

Take it back and let the mechanic check it!
