The mechanic said that l need a new valve spring,l have rough idling and just does not feel like it is running good.l have changed the sprk plugs and wires and oil and filters but to no evale.???

If over 60,000 mile then a valve or spring problem is possible. Failure to fix it can destroy the engine though since sooner or later the valve will break and drop into the cylinder.
