I''m looking to buy a Suzuki sv650 for my first bike.I am having a hard time finding used ones that l like.So l am trying to find bikes that are in the same class. l was looking at the Hyusong Gt650 but l hear quality is bad.
Side note:
l am not looking at or considering 250cc bikes or small gs500 bikes.
So please do not lecture me about killing myself and stuff, cause a bike is only as safe as its rider......at least I am smart enough not to start off on a gixer.

Yes, plenty of people start with a SV650 as their 1st or 5th bike, its a great all around bike & yes there r plenty of alternative bikes out there. Honda does not make a bike in this range.
You might also consider the Buell XB9SX http://buell.com/en_us/bikes/street/XB9SX/

l would stay away from the cheap Hyusong simply because parts will be extremely hard to find until they become a bigger player in the market.
