l am buying a 2005 Suzuki GSXR750 with only 600 miles, The bike is almost in perfect condition, only has the muffler sracth, final offer is 6200$, is this a good deal, should l buy it. its going to be my first bike.

You are stealing that bike. l bought one in july in perfect condition with some upgrades and 2300 miles on it for 7k. That is a fantastic bike. It is a great mix of the 600 handling with the power of almost 1000.

It might be a little too powerful for a first bike, but it depends on how much you crack the wrist.

It is a steal. In regards to your first bike.Do not crack your wrist at all for the first year. Just parking lot practice get good and then up a little at a time. The biggest problem new riders do is try to keep up with the experienced ones. Just ride in your own limits and in a year or two you will be able to crack the wrist, pull up the front wheel, etc.

l own a 600cc GSXR, but a 750 would be perfect for power, handling, etc. You'd never need another bike.
