I've heard alot of bad about this car.. l actually have one.. is there ANYTHING good ANYONE can say?? l feel like i've wasted my money = ( Also, tell me about the bad things withgood explaination... thanx.

If you are happy with your car and you have no problems with it, who cares what others have to say

l have never heard anything bad about the vehicle other than it was co made by GM in Korea. l have never gone into a dealer & see where the vehicle was assembled culd be Japan, or Canada or America or Mexica or Korea or who knows. If u enjoy ur car, then why do u feel like u wasted ur money. Are u upset because people talk 'ish on them? Just to let u know that happens no matter what.

When Toyota came to the states they were called crap, & throw away cars, well these cars from the early years that did not get serviced often (why pay to service a car that u r going to throw away right?) abused & misused r still on the road, considering the neglect these vehicles saw that shows their quality.

l see that Suzuki is still a dismissed company. l had a Suzuki, it has over 300k miles & now my pop drives it.

Suzuki Verona was the 1st luxury car Suzuki ever made, sold across the world under various names.

Plaqued with problems from the start.

1. Valve train would self destruct (horrible knocking/ticking)
replace head to correct
2. Lower end connecting rod/bearing failures
replace engine to correct
3. Transmission shift quality issues
reprogram trans computer multible times
4. Engine computer emissions compliance issues
reprogram ecu multible times
5. Unsolvable check engine lights.
so many attempted fixes l can not list them all
6. Airbag light on
usually a steering column ''clock spring'' ground issue
7. Audio system does not understand the steering wheel controls.

8. Some engines burned more than a 2 qts oil every 1000 miles
replace engine
9. Bad popping/click from right rear
(tighten control arm to correct)
10. Car runs out out of gas when gauge shows 1/4
11. Interior trim coatings rub off
replace all door panels
12. Sway bar links noisy
13. O2 sensors go bad, get stuck & require $1000 manifold replacements.

On the bright side..many GM cars have a even longer list!
Suzuki Verona was the best luxury car available for its price anywhere!
06 models were trouble free.
